This is a mostly full refresh of the web site (as of March/April 2021)...
(Last update was December 2018...over two years ago!)

DISCLAIMER:
Yeah, it was just HARD this time to get a site update done, what with the inexorable progression of my Parkinson's Disease, the stress of daily "new normals" in the land of coronavirus, the need to post over two years worth of new photos (over 220 of them)...and, um, just daily life... :)
But, here it is...with MANY new photos and other things for your pleasure and perusal!
(And, of course, no promises or guarantees about when I'll do the next update...
P.S...:
Yes, as a matter of fact, Dan is now clean shaven again. Gaye decided she liked kissing him better without the beard so off it went! It was fun while it lasted... :)

The year before COVID; and the year of COVID! (This coronavirus stuff sure changed a lot of things....but we found we actually like self-quarantine...
Dan's been traveling a lot (at least until COVID-19 hit in March 2020), taking photos, playing bass, shooting guns...and doing a web update...
Gaye has a new job (as of April 2018), as a drafter and designer at Strategic Enterprise Solutions Corp...and she has taken us to several (virtual) concerts!
GOT MARRIED last year! (to Tristan, who is a delightful son-in-law.) They bought a house in Irondale, Alabama (near Birmingham); she's been working at two libraries, and, she's now 27 years old (we celebrated via on-line teleconferencing)!Allen lives (for the time being) with us, but is mostly on his own, and he still likes his job as a pizza delivery driver.
Yes, our kitty, Stryper, has her very own web page.

The year before COVID (2019) was actually pretty busy...
We were active in a book study as part of one of Gil Thelan's Parkinson's "tribes;"
we went through his recent book, Counterpunch: Duking It Out With Parkinson's,
which, as you might guess from the title, is all about fighting back against the disease,
rather than just letting it happen to you. Great book...and a quick and easy read!
