On Dan's birthday in February 2018, our friends Eric and Mischa took us to a musical at the Grand Opera House in Macon. (Thanks, Eric and Mischa!)

In April 2018, Dan and Gaye led a time of worship at our church for the women's ministry, on the electric bass and guitar, respectively.

Here are Gaye's birthday presents in April 2018...some kitchen stuff (Pyrex measuring cup, peelers), a Tile (for finding your lost keys), a George Winston CD (Spring Carousel), and a set of nice pens!

Since Dan is at home most days while Gaye is at work, we bought him a trike! It's a Trailmate Meteor recumbent...Dan has started riding it 2 to 4 miles a day, nearly every day – and he loves it!

The pastor, Rev. Kirkland Reynolds, stands after depositing the urn with Dad's ashes in the niche, while Dave Brachee (a deacon) renders a final Boy Scout salute to Dad.
